Tips for Glowing skin, shining and healthy skin

Here are some good tips for healthy skin.
1.    Apply equal amount of lemon juice+sugar water+almonds. Massage it for 15 minutes then apply green gram powder for 20 mins. & wash it with warm water (Note: dont apply soap for 6 hours) Surely you will get glowing skin in few days.
2.    take a tomato and an potato, make them as paste and apply on your face, neck, hands etc. Massage it for some time. Wash it after 20 to 30 minutes. You will get good improvement.
3.    Mix honey and banana and apply to your face for soft and glowing skin, and mix turmeric powder, milk cream and rice flour.  Apply to your face for glowing skin.
4.    For glowing skin, take one teaspoonful orange powder, little turmeric, one teaspoonful rose water, 1/2tsp sandal powder and then mix them together and after 15 mins wash your face with cold water.
5.  Apply pomegranate juice daily on your face. After 1 month you will get better result.

- Make a paste of neam leaf,thulasi,a pinch of kastoori manjal. Apply it twice a day. Follow this for 1 week surely u can get ride of pimples (Note:Dont use soap for 6 hours aft u applied) All the best.
- Apply mixture of sandal powder ,neem powder and multan matti powder and mix it with rose water and apply daily let it remain for 15 min for good results.
- Sandal powder mixed with mind juice wh applied to face removes pimples over night.
- Mix any toner with rose water. use the cold mixture twice a day. helps to prevent pimples.
- Apply Benzoyl Peroxide ointment on the face after wash and before going to bed. It will take nearly 3 to 4 weeks to show results however, would considerably reduce your pimple problem.
- Apply tomato pulp , Use daily . keep for 1 hr for good complextion , remove pimples.

1.    Fruits : Two to three servings daily. A 1/2 cup of chopped or sliced fruit is a serving. Fruit salad.

1.    Mix henna powder with lemon juice, curd and egg white over night. massage your hair with coconut oil. leave it for one hour. apply the mixture and leave it for 1 hour. rinse well with water. continue this for twice a week. dandruff will go off.

7.    To avoid hair loss: take one tablespoon of amala powder and one tablespoon of methi powder and one tablespoon of curd and 2 drops of eucalyptus oil and mix this proportions with beetroot juice and leave it whole night and then apply to scalp once a week to get better results
8.    To get rid of bad dandruff,mix amala powder with the juice of one lemon and apply this paste on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes and then wash your hair with a mild herbal shampoo, within few weeks you will feel the difference
9.    Heat oil with a little camphor. Apply the oil in the scalp and massage for 10 minutes. After 30 minutes wash the hair with a herbal shampoo. Do the steam -towel- wrap for 15 minutes.

 Here are Some better formula for your hair care/ strong hair/ hair fall / shining hair / Silky hair etc. 
–    Apply Egg on hair 30 minutes before bathing hair will be silky and shining better.
–    To have healthy shiny hair, treat your scalp with a mixture of almond oil and olive oil, leave for 10-15 minutes and wash your hair. This also reduces hair loss. You can also wrap a hot towel over your head for the oil to seep in easily and also to open all your pores. Mix honey with finely ground almond paste. Add little lime juice. Rub gently on your face and neck. Rinse off with warm water. This acts as an excellent cleansing scrub. To get firmer skin, take a egg white, add little sugar to it. Wisk it and apply on face and neck. Leave for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with Luke warm water. This prevents fine wrinkles and gives a firmer skin. Cut a ripe tomato and rub it on your skin. It will become very shiny. Place slices of cucumber over your eyes to remove black circles around the eyes. This also cools your eyes and relaxes you. Placing a slice of potato over your eyes helps reduce black circles. For healthy looking skin apply olive oil or almond oil to your face everyday. Leave it for ten minutes and wash thoroughly. To remove dirt from your face make a mixture of besan /channa flour and cold milk and apply it on your face. Leave it until it dries thoroughly . Scrub slowly with your hands using lukewarm water and then wash your face. Drink plenty of water. This will automatically solve most of your hair and skin problems.
–      Take some curd in a bowl and put some lemon drops in it . Then mix it . take the mixture and spread into your hair for 25-30 mins . then wash your hair . you will have healthy and shiny hair
–    Make a paste with megandhi powder, vinegar, lime juice, egg white. apply it on hair. after 45 min wash it to get shiny hair.
–   Make a paste of fresh curry leaves and apply to your scalp for those long and black shiny hair.
–    Banana paste with curd:apply it on hair.leave it for 15 min.wash with huge water.u will have bounce to dull and lifeless hair.
–    Every month when you applay mendhi on your hair than take one spone oly oil in it. by this method your hair will be silky and strong
–    Apply the mixture of an egg white, 2 spoons of castor oil, 1 spoon glycerin, in the scalp and hair. Wash it after some timeSoak a handful of gooseberries in a cup of milk for two hours. Make a paste and apply on the hair. 

Shining hair Tips
–    Take some methi /Fenugreek leaves and make it into paste by grinding it and apply it to hair and wash it after 1 hour hair will be lustrous and glowing.
–    Take some curd in a bowl and put some lemon drops in it . Then mix it . take the mixture and spread into your hair for 25-30 mins . then wash your hair . you will have healthy and shiny hair
–    Add a lemon peel to a 'shikakai' and 'amla' mixture while washing your hair.
–    Use of caster oil befo apply curd to the hair twice a week remain it for 15 minutes and take headbath
 with shikai powder u will get a shining & healthy hairre going to bath it gives smooth and silky hair
–    Apply less oil feel fresh and avoidstickiness and loss of hair.but you have to massage you scalp.
–    Soak a handful of gooseberries in a cup of milk for two hours. Make a paste and apply on the hair.
